What are your business hours?  I work part time. Mondays are dedicated, with occasional evenings and weekend appointments as needed.

Are you licensed?  Yes, I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

Are you insured?  Yes, I carry professional liability insurance.

Do you perform inspections for real estate transactions?  No.

What is your fee structure?  Depending on the nature of the work I bill either hourly or as a fixed fee. Consultations are normally hourly and projects with defined scopes are typically a fixed fee.

Do you work with DIYers?  Yes!

I have a design already done by an unlicensed professional. Will you stamp it?  No. Michigan law states any design that is signed and sealed must be done either by or under the direct supervision of that licensed professional.
